During this initial 50 minute session, we’ll explore the common causes and contributors to sleep issues, explain the principles of healthy sleep, and introduce the key techniques used in sleep therapy.
You’ll complete sleep diaries to track your progress
The number of sessions required will depend on your individual circumstances, but many clients notice significant improvements in both sleep quality and duration within a short period. These improvements often lead to enhanced daytime functioning, including better focus, alertness, and overall productivity.
