Our Treatment Approach
Cognitive Behavioral Therapy for Insomnia (CBT-I) is a structured, evidence-based 8 week program designed to help you identify and change thoughts and behaviours that can contribute to sleep difficulties. By replacing these with habits that encourage healthy, restorative sleep, CBT-I promotes long-term improvements.


What is CBT-I?
Insomnia affects one in three healthy adults, with many struggling to fall asleep, stay asleep, or waking too early without feeling fully rested. These sleep difficulties can lead to impaired daytime functioning. We’re here to help you overcome these challenges and reclaim restful sleep.

Founded by Behavioural Sleep Medicine Practitioner, Carmen Morley, Equilibria Labs was created to make evidence-backed tools to improve sleep and chronic stress, available to everyone.
Having completed an MSc in Health/Medical Psychology at prestigious University College London, Carmen was shocked to find how many people struggle with sleepless nights as well as chronic stress, and the impact that had on their overall health and wellbeing.
Equilibria Labs was formed to provide clear, effective solutions in the form of one to one individual treatment, and also practical, easy-to-use online programs based on gold standard, proven techniques such cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT-I ).
